Follow these directions to receive job referrals: 1) Search the Youth@Work web site for jobs that interest you and write down the Job ID numbers. 2) Call the NOVA Youth Employment Office at (408) 730-7640 to sign up for a pre-employment workshop. 3) Attend the pre-employment workshop. 4) Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor to get more information about the Job ID numbers you selected.. 5) Go and apply (fill out application/attend interview) for the job referral(s) you received. 6) Follow-up with your NOVA youth counselor for additional job referrals. NOTE: You must be looking for work in Santa Clara County. You also must live in Milpitas, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, or Palo Alto and range in age from 16 to 24.
